Ceviche workshop

Katinka Lansink Dodero with her Peruvian roots is the Dutch authority in the field of ceviche. After this delicious and very educational masterclass you will from then on dare to make these in lemon prepared fish delights for all your friends. Her beautiful cookbook Mi Casa Peru is full with creative dishes, fine stories and not unimportant: addresses in Amsterdam where she buys her ingredients. 

Indian workshop

Paulami Joshi has lived and cooked in different parts of India. What a pleasure for us that she moved to the Netherlands 5 years ago and it is more then justly that she is asked here to bring out a cookbook (Bijbel van de Indiase keuken). With infectious fun she tells us about the beauty of herbs and spices after which you will learn the magic of the authentic Indian cuisine. Ayurvedic masterclasses possible. 

Pasta workshop

Sarah Puozzo is the only one in the Netherlands with the chef's title Master of Pasta. After this masterclass you will only want to make your own pasta, and you will understand how Italians embrace the good life. I am as proud to offer this workshop as Sarah is proud of her family recipies she learned from her nonna.

For groups from 6 to 8 persons (from 85 euro) we can directly plan a date for your workshop of choice. Please send me a message to [email protected] or call/app Michiel on 0634829099.  When you can't bring a group together yourself, I will try to combine loose requests but it can be you have to be a bit more patient. The variety of workshops will be extended. So do let me know when you would be interested in for example Thai cuisine, Indonesian cuisine or if you would want to learn how to make Hong Kong dumplings. Moreover, all workshops can be taught in Dutch and/or English
